Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct remote internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, test results, and compliance reports.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new quality assurance technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent auditing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.
