Our client is seeking a meticulous Remote Quality Assurance Specialist to join their innovative team, contributing to the excellence of their manufactured products without needing to be on-site in Sunderland . In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control systems and processes. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that all products meet rigorous internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review, highlighting key findings and improvement areas.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices in quality management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar quality control role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
