This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct property appraisals from your home office anywhere in the UK, with a focus on the Derby and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for determining the market value of various types of properties, preparing detailed appraisal reports, and adhering to professional standards. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive appraisals of residential and commercial properties using accepted methodologies.
• Analyze market data, comparable sales, and property characteristics to determine accurate valuations.
• Prepare detailed, clear, and compliant appraisal reports suitable for various stakeholders, including lenders and legal professionals.
• Stay current with local market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting property values in Derbyshire and beyond.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and internal teams via digital platforms to gather information and deliver reports.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure adherence to appraisal industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Certified Appraiser designation or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate appraisal .
• Proficiency in appraisal software and digital reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for remote interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
