About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Real Estate Investment Strategist to join their fully remote team. This role, conceptually linked to our operational hub in Derby , is responsible for developing and refining investment strategies that drive portfolio growth and maximize returns. You will conduct in-depth market analysis, identify emerging trends, and provide expert insights to guide investment decisions across various real estate sectors. This position requires a sophisticated understanding of financial markets, real estate economics, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable, long-term investment plans, all managed from a home-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies for the company's real estate portfolio.
• Conduct in-depth market research and economic analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential investments and portfolio performance.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and capital market conditions impacting real estate investments.
• Collaborate with acquisition teams to underwrite deals and provide strategic guidance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate investment strategy, portfolio management, or investment banking.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of global and regional real estate markets and economic drivers.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to executive-level audiences remotely.
