Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive real estate investment strategies across diverse asset classes and geographical markets.
• Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential acquisitions and developments.
• Advise on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management for investment vehicles.
