Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and manage a pipeline of qualified technology candidates across various specialisms (e.g., software development, data science, cybersecurity).
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical screening and cultural fit evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with technology clients, understanding their hiring needs and market position.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, offering, and onboarding support.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Provide expert market insights and consultation to both clients and candidates within the technology sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on the Technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in niche technical roles.
• Excellent understanding of current technology trends and common technical skill sets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is essential.
