Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and product management.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, all remotely.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through virtual communication and consultative engagement.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and a wide range of online platforms to attract passive and active tech talent.
• Provide market insights and guidance to clients on current technology recruitment trends and salary benchmarks.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, working independently.

Requirements

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong specialization in the technology sector .
• In-depth understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the current tech job market.
• Excellent remote communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload and achieve ambitious targets autonomously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
