About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Remote Revenue Manager to optimize pricing and inventory management for a portfolio of hotels across the UK. Working remotely from Belfast or any other location in the UK, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, implementing dynamic pricing strategies, and maximizing room revenue through effective yield management. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently to drive financial performance. You will collaborate with hotel general managers and sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage inventory controls across various distribution channels, ensuring optimal room availability.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management, specifically within the hotel industry .
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
- Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting techniques, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
