Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new and improved sanitation processes and systems for various applications.
• Analyze existing sanitation procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement using data-driven methods.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for new sanitation technologies and equipment.
• Develop technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for remote staff.
• Collaborate with operations, R&D, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of sanitation solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in sanitation engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on sanitation, hygiene, or cleaning technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration and reporting.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation for cleaning processes is advantageous.
