Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex process data to identify opportunities for optimization in yield, energy consumption, and waste reduction.
• Develop and implement advanced process control strategies and optimization algorithms.
• Lead cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and resolving challenging operational issues affecting production performance.
• Conduct detailed techno-economic assessments for proposed process improvements and new technologies.
• Develop and maintain process models for simulation, prediction, and optimization purposes.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, UniSim) and advanced analytical tools.
• Demonstrated experience in statistical process control (SPC) and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, separation technologies, and thermodynamics.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
