Key Responsibilities

• Design and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital content, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Develop storyboards and concept art to visualize motion graphics sequences.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment and project success.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and digital design.
• Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality work.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent remote collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience within the Arts & Entertainment industry is a significant advantage for this role supporting our Portsmouth -based initiatives.
