Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and engineering of offshore wind farm components, including turbines, foundations, and substations.

• Oversee the selection and specification of key equipment and materials for offshore wind projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, construction, and operations, to ensure project success.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the offshore wind industry , with a strong focus on engineering design and development.
• In-depth knowledge of turbine technology, foundation design (e.g., monopiles, jackets), and array layout optimisation.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, HAWC2, Bladed).
• Excellent understanding of project lifecycles, risk management, and quality assurance in large-scale infrastructure projects.
