Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Programme Management , with a strong focus on product development .
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale product launches in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, market research, and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional leadership , strategic thinking, and communication skills essential for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
