Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive business transformation programs for clients.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on business transformation, change management, or organizational design.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred, along with demonstrable experience in complex project environments.
