Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the brand's social media communities.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and conversations, responding promptly and appropriately.
• Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and replies, that align with brand voice and community guidelines.
• Foster positive interactions, resolve customer service issues, and escalate feedback to relevant internal teams.
• Identify community trends, influencers, and opportunities for user-generated content.
• Report on community sentiment, engagement metrics, and key learnings to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Community Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their community features.
• Ability to craft compelling and brand-appropriate content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with effective time management.
