Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine algorithms and models for predicting crop performance, nutrient requirements, and optimal farming practices.
• Collaborate with the company's technology team to enhance data interpretation tools and client-facing software.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in soil science, sustainable agriculture, and precision farming techniques.
• Prepare technical documentation, case studies, and training materials for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in Soil Science, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a closely related field.
• Significant professional experience in agronomy, soil science, or agricultural consulting.
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze complex agricultural datasets (e.g., soil tests, yield maps, weather data).
• Excellent understanding of soil chemistry, physics, biology, and plant physiology.
• Strong technical proficiency with data analysis software, GIS, and farm management information systems.
