Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for diverse client vacancies, from initial brief to offer negotiation.
• Utilize a broad spectrum of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide an excellent candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with client hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, ideally within a consultancy.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing methodologies and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with UK recruitment market dynamics is advantageous.
