Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service.
• Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers for contracts and ongoing agreements.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of purchasing principles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in using e-procurement tools and ERP systems .
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
