Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different departments.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and behavioural assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing recruitment expertise.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate data and recruitment pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of UK employment market trends is advantageous.
