You will be the first line of support for customers experiencing difficulties with their hardware products, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution assistance via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance to customers experiencing hardware-related problems.
- Diagnose hardware faults, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and facilitate repairs or replacements.
- Document all support interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of hardware products and common issues.
- Contribute to improving support processes and customer self-help resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support, with a strong emphasis on hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and common failure modes.
