Remote UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing and feedback sessions, to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve user experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing principles.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
