You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction, all from the comfort of your own home. Based remotely, you will serve clients globally, with a key focus on high-profile projects originating from or relating to the Brighton and East Sussex area, leveraging your skills to deliver innovative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute a variety of virtual and hybrid events, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with client objectives.
• Manage event logistics, including platform selection, registration processes, speaker coordination, and technical support.
• Develop creative concepts, themes, and content strategies for virtual events to maximize attendee engagement.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and ensure their vision is realized.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors and technology providers.
• Oversee live event production, troubleshooting technical issues in real-time and ensuring smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning, with a strong focus on virtual or hybrid events.
• Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Bizzabo).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
