About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and technically adept Remote Warehouse Systems Specialist to manage and optimize their Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient and accurate functioning of warehouse operations across all locations, providing remote support and implementing system enhancements. You will work closely with operations teams, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, configure systems, and drive improvements that enhance productivity and data integrity, contributing to a robust and scalable technological infrastructure that supports their logistical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for WMS users and operations.
• Analyze system performance and identify areas for enhancement or optimization.
• Develop and execute testing plans for new system features and upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system integration and data management.
• Document system processes, configurations, and user guides.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) administration and support.
