Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field with a strong R&D focus.
- Proven experience in laboratory research and process development.
- Hands-on experience with chemical reactors, analytical equipment, and process control systems.
- Strong theoretical understanding of chemical reaction engineering, separation processes, and thermodynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to technical challenges.
- Proficiency in scientific literature review and technical writing.
