Residential Conveyancer - Work Around Your Life

Residential Conveyancer - Work Around Your Life, Not the Other Way Around!

Cardiff / Swansea | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Competitive Salary + Bonus

Fed up with rigid working hours, lengthy commutes and feeling like your job has to fit around your employer rather than your life?

I'm working with a well-established, nationally recognised conveyancing business that is looking to recruit experienced Residential Conveyancers across South Wales.

What makes this opportunity different? Flexibility is genuinely at the heart of the business.

Whether you need to accommodate the school run, prefer an earlier finish, want to work from home or simply need a better work-life balance, this is an employer that understands people have lives outside of work.

The Opportunity

You'll join an established residential conveyancing operation with a strong support structure, established processes and a consistent flow of work.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.

Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Building relationships with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders.

Ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client care.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Genuine flexibility: Working arrangements designed to accommodate individual circumstances.

Hybrid working: A combination of home and office working.

School-run friendly: Flexibility around start and finish times.

Manageable caseloads: Capped file numbers to help maintain quality and service.

Excellent earning potential: Competitive basic salary alongside an attractive bonus structure.

Established business: Join a nationally recognised conveyancing operation with a strong presence across Wales.

Experienced Residential Conveyancers.

Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX or experienced non-qualified fee earners.

Someone comfortable managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.

A strong communicator who puts client service first.

Someone looking for a long-term move with flexibility and stability.

If you're an experienced conveyancer who wants to enjoy your job again without sacrificing your personal life, this could be worth a conversation.
