About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Residential Property Manager to oversee their portfolio of rental properties in Milton Keynes . This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of managed properties, maintaining positive relationships with both landlords and tenants, and ensuring all properties are compliant with relevant legislation. You will be the primary point of contact for all property-related issues, from maintenance requests to rent collection and tenancy agreements, playing a vital role in the smooth running of our client's property management services in the Buckinghamshire region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently.
- Oversee the tenant application and onboarding process, including referencing and contract administration.
- Manage rent collection, service charge administration, and handle any arrears promptly.
- Ensure all managed properties comply with health and safety regulations and landlord obligations.
- Act as the main liaison between landlords and tenants, addressing queries and resolving disputes effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Property Management or a related role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of UK landlord and tenant law and property management best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
