Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and comprehensive valuations of residential properties in Southampton and surrounding areas.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports for various purposes, including sales, lettings, and mortgage assessments.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property market conditions and pricing strategies.
• Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to gather necessary information and facilitate the valuation process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UK residential property market, focusing on Hampshire trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Residential Property Valuer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Southampton property market and current valuation methodologies.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS accredited valuation degree or equivalent experience).
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving license.
