Residential Team Leader: Complex Trauma Care Lead

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Residential Team Leader to support our Children and Young People in our 24/7 residential settings. The role requires leading by example, coordinating care teams and ensuring adherence to Ofsted regulations to create a safe, nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will have at least six months in children’s residential care, a Level 3 qualification, be 21 or over, and be willing to drive between homes.
