Job Title: Resource Planner
Contract Type: On Going Contract
Location: Shropshire
Rate: Up to £150/day
Morson Vital are looking for an experienced Rail Resource Planner to coordinate labour and support the safe, efficient delivery of rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
🔺 Plan and allocate staff to meet project and possession requirements. 🔺 Manage rosters, availability and changes to resource requirements. 🔺 Check competencies, working hours and fatigue compliance. 🔺 Liaise with project teams to resolve resource gaps.
Requirements
🔺 Previous rail resource planning or rostering experience. 🔺 Knowledge of rail competencies and fatigue management. 🔺 Strong organisation and communication skills
