This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of outstanding culinary experiences, exceptional customer service, and efficient day-to-day management of the restaurant. You will be responsible for driving profitability, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a positive work environment for the entire team. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the hospitality and food service industry, committed to upholding the restaurant's reputation for quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, food quality, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, control costs, and enhance profitability.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, health, and safety throughout the restaurant premises.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing feedback and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry .
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and inventory control.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, service standards, and restaurant operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
