Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to high standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control for food and beverages.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and build customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and strive to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a similar setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and licensing laws.
• Experience with financial management, P&L statements, and cost control.
