Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily service and adherence to brand standards.

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
• Control inventory, manage food and labour costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
• Proven track record in driving sales and managing profitability in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and management software.
