Our client is searching for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at their premier dining establishment in Birmingham . This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring efficient daily operations, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing front-of-house staff, maintaining service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of front-of-house operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met and exceeded at all times.
- Oversee inventory of beverages and supplies, managing costs and minimizing waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and menu execution.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH dynamics.
- Experience with staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
