You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks and strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's enterprise-wide risk management framework.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize key risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews, and monitor the effectiveness of risk controls.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices for risk management.
- Promote a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, frameworks (e.g., COSO), and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IRM, PRMIA) are highly desirable.
