About the Role

This critical role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating a wide range of risks across the business, including financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks and strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's enterprise-wide risk management framework.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize key risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews, and monitor the effectiveness of risk controls.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices for risk management.
- Promote a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, frameworks (e.g., COSO), and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IRM, PRMIA) are highly desirable.
