Using your knowledge of tachographs and HGV and PSV driver and vehicle compliance legislation to support credible, consultative customer conversations

Keeping the team informed about regulatory developments and translating them into clear customer value

Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer journey and position TruTac’s digital compliance solutions accurately

Sharing customer and market insight with senior leadership to inform future strategy

Identifying coaching needs and creating development opportunities that build confidence, capability, and succession within the team

Supporting strategic opportunities through focused deal reviews, clear qualification, and effective objection handling

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Proven experience in transport compliance, tachographs, or a closely related digital compliance environment

Strong working knowledge of HGV and PSV driver and vehicle compliance legislation and its practical implications

Confidence discussing digital tachograph data, compliance challenges, and commercial vehicle operators’ needs

A strong record of leading sales teams to meet or exceed revenue targets

Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales talent

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and commercial decision-making skills

Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools to manage performance, pipeline, and forecasting

A collaborative approach and confidence working across functions and with senior leaders

A full, clean UK driving licence
