Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hays Education are working in partnership with a specialist SEN school to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role involves leading a KS2 class of pupils who are working at an Early Years developmental level and follow a semi-formal curriculum pathway. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, personalised learning experiences that meet the individual needs of pupils with complex additional needs.
Your new role
Full classroom responsibility, including planning, delivery, and assessment
Adapting the curriculum to ensure all pupils can access learning effectively
Producing reports and attending parent/carer meetings
Creating a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with pupils with SEN, SEMH, autism, or complex learning needs
Strong understanding of differentiated and personalised learning
Passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
