About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of complex aerospace systems, from concept to operational deployment.
• Define system requirements, architecture, and interfaces, ensuring alignment with project objectives and safety standards.
• Conduct rigorous system analysis, modeling, and simulation to validate performance and identify potential risks.
• Oversee and contribute to the testing and verification phases, ensuring all system functionalities meet design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage system-level trade studies and make critical technical decisions to optimize system design and performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Aerospace Systems Engineering , with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, architecture design, and verification & validation.
• Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., DOORS, SysML).
• Experience with control systems, propulsion, avionics, or other key aerospace subsystems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Master's or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is highly desirable.
