Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop aircraft electrical power generation, distribution, and control systems.
- Perform load analysis, circuit protection studies, and wiring harness design for aircraft electrical systems.
- Integrate electrical systems with other aircraft subsystems, ensuring seamless operation and interoperability.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and verification in laboratory and flight test environments.
- Troubleshoot electrical system issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, design documentation, and test reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in the design and integration of aircraft electrical systems.
- Proficiency with electrical CAD software and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of aerospace electrical standards and regulations.
- Experience with power electronics, motor controls, and battery management systems is a plus.
