Senior Aesthetician

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Aesthetician to join their prestigious beauty and wellness clinic in Aberdeen . You will be instrumental in providing a comprehensive range of advanced skincare treatments and consultations to a discerning clientele. This role requires a passionate professional dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and care within a vibrant salon environment. You'll play a key part in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the clinic, ensuring clients receive personalized, effective, and luxurious treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth skin consultations and analysis to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Deliver a wide array of aesthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, tracking progress and treatment plans.
• Uphold stringent hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
• Provide product recommendations and educate clients on at-home skincare routines.
• Mentor and train junior aestheticians, sharing expertise and best practices in client care and treatment delivery.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Aesthetician, with proven expertise in advanced treatments.
• Proficiency in using various aesthetic equipment and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Strong understanding of skin physiology and dermatological conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a busy Aberdeen clinic.
