About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aesthetician to join their prestigious clinic in Cardiff . This role involves providing advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments and consultations, focusing on delivering exceptional results and personalized client care. You will play a key role in enhancing the clinic's service offerings and client satisfaction, working with state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser treatments, chemical peels, micro-needling, and injectables (where qualified).
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized care plans.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated aesthetic equipment safely and effectively.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend suitable skincare products.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in aesthetic medicine and skincare.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy (Level 4+), or equivalent medical qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Proficiency in operating various laser and energy-based devices.
- In-depth knowledge of skin physiology and common dermatological concerns.
- Excellent communication, client management, and diagnostic skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and industry best practices.
