About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Leicester . This pivotal role involves leading architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and functional integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from initial concept through to detailed construction documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals and technical requirements are met effectively.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models , and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior architectural staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and delivery.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD , Revit , and SketchUp.
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly.
