Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and technical documentation for diverse architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction drawings.

- Oversee and mentor junior architectural staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- A recognized professional architectural qualification (e.g., RIBA Part III or equivalent) and chartered status.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methodologies, particularly within Leicester and surrounding areas.
