Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and architecture of automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and associated systems.
• Develop system requirements, specifications, and test plans in accordance with automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262).
• Oversee the integration of hardware and software components, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Perform system validation and verification activities, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and product managers, to ensure project success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive systems engineering, with a focus on ECUs.
• Proven experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
• Strong understanding of functional safety principles (ISO 26262) and their application in automotive systems.
• Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
