About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Beauty Therapist & Skincare Expert to join their well-established salon in Cambridge . This role requires a deep understanding of advanced skincare treatments, product knowledge, and exceptional client consultation skills. You will be responsible for delivering a premium range of beauty services, including advanced facials, skin analysis, and treatments using state-of-the-art equipment. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior therapists and contribute to maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence and client satisfaction in the competitive beauty market.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, with a focus on advanced facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and light therapies.
• Conduct detailed skin analysis using diagnostic tools and provide expert personalized skincare advice.
• Recommend and sell suitable skincare products and treatment plans to meet client needs and achieve their desired results.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Mentor and train junior beauty therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Manage client appointments efficiently and ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with a strong focus on advanced skincare.
• Proven expertise in performing various facial treatments and using modern skincare technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-consultation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, product formulations, and dermatological principles.
• A passion for skincare and commitment to staying updated with industry advancements.
