Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures with precision and care.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and provide expert advice on skincare and beauty regimens.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and salon areas, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
• Manage appointment bookings and ensure efficient use of time and resources to maximize client throughput.
• Train and mentor junior beauty therapists, sharing expertise and ensuring consistent service quality across the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy is essential.
