Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide array of beauty treatments, including facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and manage expectations effectively.
- Maintain meticulous client records and treatment plans, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all treatment areas and adhere to industry regulations.
- Promote retail product sales by offering informed advice and demonstrating product benefits to clients.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or clinic setting.
- Proven expertise in performing a broad range of beauty treatments and client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and treatment technologies.
- A strong understanding of health and safety protocols within the beauty industry.
