About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and client-focused beauty salon in Bradford , is looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join their expanding team. This position involves providing exceptional treatments, offering expert advice, and contributing to the salon's continued success. You will be a key member of the team, expected to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism, while also potentially guiding and supporting more junior members of staff in their development within the West Yorkshire beauty scene.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of beauty services, including advanced facials, body treatments, and nail services.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations, assessing individual needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Ensure the salon environment is impeccably clean and meets all health and safety regulations.
• Actively promote retail products, advising clients on selection and benefits to enhance their at-home care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment logs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist .
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent recognized certification.
• Proven expertise in delivering a wide variety of beauty treatments to a high standard.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for client satisfaction.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
