Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, lash extensions, and makeup application.
• Conduct detailed skin assessments and provide tailored advice on treatments and home care regimes.
• Recommend and sell retail beauty products, educating clients on their benefits and usage.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure all equipment and treatment rooms are immaculate.
• Stay informed about the latest beauty industry trends, techniques, and new product launches.
• Assist in the training and development of junior beauty therapists.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience as a Beauty Therapist, with a proven ability to excel in client service.
• Proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments, with specialized knowledge in advanced facials and skincare technologies.
• Strong sales skills and experience in retail beauty product consultation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
