About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior BIM Architect to lead their Building Information Modeling efforts in Brighton . This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and advanced utilization of BIM technologies across all project phases, from conceptualization to facility management. You will be responsible for developing BIM strategies, establishing standards, and providing technical guidance to project teams. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in BIM software and workflows, coupled with strong architectural design and project coordination skills, ensuring the delivery of highly coordinated and efficient projects through digital collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies , standards, and protocols for architectural projects.
- Lead the creation and management of complex BIM models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide technical expertise and training on BIM software (e.g., Revit , Navisworks) to project teams.
- Oversee model coordination, clash detection, and resolution processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP information within the BIM environment.
- Contribute to the architectural design process, leveraging BIM for enhanced visualization and analysis.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with extensive experience in BIM implementation and management.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit , Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
- Proven experience in establishing and enforcing BIM standards and workflows.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
