Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for strategic spend categories.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to achieve cost savings and favourable terms.
• Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers .
• Monitor market trends and identify potential sourcing risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Mentor junior members of the procurement team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or in a comparable purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with procurement software and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
